When 2 becomes 3 (or 4 or 5…).
A workshop that prepares couples (and their children, if there is a first/second child ), with the skills to handle the changing dynamics of the family relationship after the birth of a new baby.
To understand the impact of a new baby on a relationship:
The workshop explores, amongst other things, how relationships function, the stages and cycles and 7 C's of relationships, the changes one can expect, and how to still remain close and focused on each other whilst managing the demands of a newborn.
Each couple will look at their own relationship, and participate in exercises that will help you understand your relationship with greater depth and insight. You will also explore your fears and expectations about baby’s arrival. Note: Couples will not, however, be expected to share private information about your relationship with other attendees.
